Production begins by separating the required amount of material, which is then molded into the basic shape. Hand shaping using a lathe creates the outer shape of the crown. The holes for the inner part are created with a special tool, where each hole is carefully shaped to achieve optimum results. Grinding to the final shape is followed by crown firing, which, together with milk firing, guarantees excellent properties and a long crown life.
