2. Processing of personal data for individual purposes:
1. Purchase of goods through the e-shop, delivery of goods, handling of complaints
The company Frapal Tatry s.r.o. processes (i) for the purpose of purchasing goods through the e-shop and delivering the goods the following personal data of the customer: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, data on purchased goods and data related to payment for goods (account number, paid amount, date of crediting the payment to the account of Frapal Tatry sro), (ii) for the purposes of handling complaints, in addition to the data specified in point (i), also data on the claimed goods and data provided by the customer when making a complaint.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is (i) in the case of the purchase of goods through the e-shop, the delivery of goods to the customer Article 6 para. 1 letter (b) Regulations on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“the GDPR Regulation”); and (ii) in the case of claims handling, Article 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR regulations.
Processing of personal data by Frapal Tatry s.r.o. is (i) in the case of purchase of goods through the e-shop, delivery of goods to the customer necessary for the performance of the contract for the purchase of goods and (ii) in the case of handling complaints for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation of Frapal Tatry s.r.o.

Personal data is processed during the period of performance of the contract for the purchase of goods and during the expiration of the warranty period for the delivered goods.
2. Registration and operation of the e-shop
The company Frapal Tatry s.r.o. processes the following personal data for the purposes of registration and operation of the e-shop: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address and order history.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1). 1 letter b) GDPR regulations. Processing of personal data by Frapal Tatry s.r.o. is necessary to ensure registration in the e-shop and operation of the e-shop.
The recipients of personal data are the following intermediaries:

3. Providing telephone and e-mail support to customers
Frapal Tatry s.r.o. processes the following personal data of customers for the purpose of providing telephone and e-mail support: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address, order history and, in the case of telephone support, call recordings from the call center.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1). 1 letter b) Regulations of the GDPR and in connection with the recording of a telephone call Art. 1 letter a) GDPR regulations. The processing of personal data by Frapal Tatry s.r.o. is necessary to provide support, while in the case of an audio recording, the consent and thus the processing of personal data through an audio recording is voluntary.
The recipients of personal data are the following intermediaries:

• Frapal Tatry s.r.o. in the case of e-mail support,
Personal data is processed during the warranty period of the purchased goods.
4. Resolving customer complaints
Frapal Tatry s.r.o. processes the following personal data for the purpose of resolving customer complaints: name, surname, data stated in the complaint and, depending on how the customer submitted the complaint, his address, telephone number or e-mail address.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1). 1 letter b) GDPR regulations. Processing of personal data by Frapal Tatry s.r.o. is necessary to resolve the customer’s complaint.
Personal data is processed during the period until the customer’s complaint is resolved.
5. Competitions on Facebook
The company Frapal Tatry s.r.o. processes the following personal data via Facebook for the purposes of the competition: the data given in the competitor’s profile and, in the case of the winner, his name, surname, telephone number, address and a photograph with the prize.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1). 1 letter b) GDPR regulations. Processing of personal data by Frapal Tatry s.r.o. is necessary for the purposes of conducting the competition in accordance with its conditions.
The recipient of the winner’s personal data in the scope of the photo and possibly also the name and surname is Facebook Ireland Ltd., with its registered office at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Republic of Ireland as the operator, which will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/policy.php).
6. Providing support via Facebook
In the event that the person concerned decides to request support via Facebook, Frapal Tatry s.r.o. will process the personal data listed in the data subject of the data subject and the data provided by the data subject himself during the communication.
The purpose of the processing of this personal data is to provide support at the request of the customer and the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR regulations. Provision of personal data and their processing by Frapal Tatry s.r.o. is necessary to provide support at the request of the customer.
The recipient of the personal data is Facebook Ireland Ltd., with its registered office at 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2, Republic of Ireland and Facebook Inc. 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025 as the operator, where this company will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/policy.php ).
Personal data is processed during the time necessary to provide the support required by customers.
7. Distribution of marketing materials
The company Frapal Tatry s.r.o. processes for the purposes distribution of marketing and educational materials the following personal data: Name, Surname, E-mail address, Number, Questionnaire replies, Cookies, Orders, E-shop browsing history and Interaction with emails themselves.
This data could only be obtained in a legal form after the consent of the processing of the above data for the purpose of marketing activities.
8. Claiming of Frapal Tatry s.r.o.
Frapal Tatry s.r.o. processes for the purposes of asserting the claims of Frapal Tatry s.r.o. the following data: data stated in contracts with customers and suppliers, data stated in complaints, data necessary for filing a lawsuit by Frapal Tatry sro, data stated in a lawsuit against Frapal Tatry sro, data kept in accounting and other data necessary in connection with a possible application claims or defending the interests of Frapal Tatry sro
The purpose of the processing of this personal data is the legitimate interest of the controller and the legal basis for the processing is Article 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR regulations. Processing of personal data by Frapal Tatry s.r.o. is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of Frapal Tatry s.r.o. The legitimate interest of Frapal Tatry s.r.o. is the protection of its property as well as protection against unreasonable claims against the company Frapal Tatry s.r.o.
The recipients of personal data are the following persons:
• courts, public authorities, lawyers, tax advisers and other professional advisers as operators.
Personal data is processed during the litigation period and during the limitation period during which they may be against Frapal Tatry s.r.o. claims or during which the company can claim its own claims.

The data subject has the right to (i) request access to personal data from the controller, (ii) to correct personal data, (iii) to delete personal data, (iv) to restrict the processing of personal data, (v) the right to the transfer of personal data and ( (vi) the right to object to the processing of personal data. The person concerned can exercise these rights by contacting Frapal Tatry s.r.o .:
1. a) in writing by sending a letter to the address of the company’s registered office,
b) electronically by sending an e-mail to the above e-mail address or
c) by telephone at the above number.
The relevant legislation is, in particular, the GDPR Regulation, the applicable Personal Data Protection Act, as amended, and other applicable generally binding legal regulations.
